Just came back from our Umrah trip. Alhamdulilah everything went well. A special thanks to brother Irfan who helped us with choosing the hotels and planning our trip to make everything go smoothly. Alhumdulilah just back from our first umrah trip. Getting prices and the hotels as package wasn't easy but Abu Bakr helped us get what we wanted.
Downfall would be that once they received the payment was hard communicating further to get anymore information. Some things we weren't clear about we had to ask them when they should be telling us. Ie that we had to pay for zam zam water at the airport. This was our first ummrah and we didn't know these things.
Secondly the ziyarats we did...the drivers were urdu speakers and hardly spoke English so that wasn't great.

Thanks a lot Brother Irfan for making this Truly amazing lifetime experience possible. He made this trip seamless and more relaxed than I would've expected. Airport transfers were provided, 5 Star hotels near the Mosques were booked and visas were dealt with as well. He provided us with quick answers to Any questions/issues we had. We stayed in Mecca and Medina and as mentioned before both hotels were walking distance to the Mosques. All in all I would recommend this 100%, prices were competitive too (not overpriced)
