Requirements for Hajj and Visa:

  1. Two passport-size photographs (with a white background).
  2. The passport must be valid and valid for at least 6 months.
  3. Applicants who apply by post must submit a pre-paid envelope, with their address, registered / recorded, in order to return a valid passport. Please make sure you have a valid passport in line with the actual weight of your package.
    1. Please allow one week for the return of the valid passport
  4. Applicants applying for the Republic of Ireland must submit at least 9 coupons.
  5. Flight ticket with corresponding bookings (both ways).
  6. Meningitis vaccination certificate.
  7. Non-U.K or non-E.U passport holders must have a valid visa and must have entered the UK at least two months before applying.
  8. Children who are one year of age or older and who travel with a parent's passport must attach their photograph to the passport and be approved by the relevant authority.
  9. All Women should be accompanied by Mehram, be it husband, father, uncle, eldest son, brother or older nephew.
  10. The minimum qualifying age of Mehram is 16 years.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. It takes at least 24 hours to process the visa if all the required documents are available.
  2. We are processing the visa on an urgent basis. Please contact our agents on 0203 062 8926 for more information on this.
  3. Passport / Depot Collection: Monday to Thursday from 11:00 A.M. until 02:00 PM. Friday at 11:00 A.M. until 12:00 PM.
  4. Emergency pass / drop-off collection: Monday to Friday from 04:45 P.M. until 05:15 P.M.
  5. Visas are issued ONLY per person. Approval for applications usually starts on the 1st of Moharram and the deadline for receipt of applications is the 15th of Ramadan.
  6.  For Hajj visas, the acceptance of applications will start on the 15th of March / and the last date for receipt of applications is the 25th of Dhu’l-Qada. Pilgrims who travel the world must apply early. Please check the rules at the beginning of each season.
  7.  Visa Validity Starts from the date of issue.

Duration of Residence Starts when you arrive in Saudi Arabia, MAXIMUM RESIDENCE 2 weeks for Visas and time for the Hajj Visa season.

Visa processing time depends on the Saudi Embassy. At Al Miraj for travel and tourism, we recommend that our clients book their packages at least 15 days in advance. During Hajj and Umrah, Pilgrims must have a valid certificate of vaccination for the ACWY type of Meningitis.
